Together, we will discuss and explore why we are often uncomfortable with change and what is holding us back from new experiences and relationships. We will identify pathways toward reconnecting YOU to YOU and recapturing your Forgotten Woman! There will be treasure mapping as well as a coloring circles designed to ease you out of “being stuck” and open the door to the possibilities of change and renewal in your life in 2016 and beyond.

Required Materials

All participants must purchase and bring the following:

  1. A coloring book for adults of your choice
  2. Markers, gel pens, colored pencils…whatever you want to color with. Please note that most adult coloring books have illustrations with fine details and traditional crayons may make it more difficult to color!
