Produce Change - Create Possibilities

Through the Power of Listening

Through live cello performance and storytelling, Stephanie demonstrates five ways to Listen Differently®.

You'll experience how to:
• Harness the power of listening
• Train your focus on what is essential
• Hear things more clearly to grasp opportunity
• Approach routine with new motivation
• Filter out what's important in times of information overload

Stephanie Winters created Listen Differently for leaders to experience listening in a way that shifts team dynamics. As one of today’s elite cellists, her career in music informs her listening skills and inspires her mission to help others experience the spirit of servant-leadership. After more than two decades of touring and performing for thousands across the globe, Stephanie found that listening like a musician provides a unique perspective that can be used for positive change.
